Need some advice from the experts regarding bulking up from working out (dont want to!)
Ladies - looking for some advice - just had my first month's weigh in and measurements at my gym (after the initial measurements) - lost only three lbs but I attribute that to gaining muscle. Lost multiple inches in my waist, abdomen, and hips, so I'm happy about that BUT gained in my biceps and gained A LOT in my thighs. I know this is due to muscle and I should be happy but I am not happy about the thighs - I want to go down in sizes, not up! It's a circuit training kickboxing gym - there is decent amount of cardio, lot of weights, boxing, everything. Not sure what I should be doing to change the thigh inch increase in the future... Or, is it possible to still go down pants sizes with bigger thighs? Or does that completely make no sense lol

Sadly, I think with the type of work out you are doing, your thighs will get bigger. But CONGRATS on the weight loss and getting tighter and firmer!
I am in the best shape of my life and I can't fit into my jeans I wore when I wasn't working out/heavier--my thighs are the problem. But honestly, I'm okay with it. The only annoying thing is that all my jeans fit in the thighs and are too big in the waist.
You may want to change up your routine if you really do want your thighs to be smaller.
