need to update my makeup style
I've never been one that spends much time on hair and makeup - whatever is fastest works for me! But now I'm in my mid-40s and my go-to make up style doesn't seem to fit. I like the natural look - nothing heavy. I wear SPF 50 moisturizer every day and that's about all I want on my face (other than concealer for blemishes). For my eyes, I've always just done a liquid eyeliner on the top and the bottom with no masquera. I have big eyes and this makes them stand out - I don't wear masquera b/c I tend to not wash my face at night (especially since getting LASIK b/c I have issues when water gets in my eyes).
I also like liquid liner b/c it doesn't require me to pull on the skin around my eyes to apply (like a pencil would). Even though I'm mid-40, people still think I look like I'm in my 30s and I think part of it is b/c I don't mess with my face, use sunscreen, and stay out of the sun as much as possible.
Anyway, I'm looking for an easy, natural-ish, age appropriate look for my eyes. Any websites or youtube channels that you'd recommend? The ones I've seen are all geared toward younger women.

Re: need to update my makeup style
I really like the YouTube channel, Hot & Flashy. she is in her 50s, but she takes think into consideration, like not wanting to pull on your eyes too much or not being able to put on shadow on a certain way because the eyelid skin isn't as smooth.
You say you want a new look,m but it will be hard for it too be too different without changing some of the things t you listed above. You could try using gel eyeliner with a brush for a softer look. YOu can also use eye shadow of the bottom as eye liner ofr a softer look. I don't use pencil because it always runs in me.
if you don't like washing your face, try micellar water. You don't have to rinse it off.
