need vegetarian/picky DH food ideas
Nearly once every week, one of my good friends comes over and stays for dinner. She is a vegetarian. DH is the opposite. I can cook with onions and garlic, but he does not eat any vegetables at all. He also won't eat any vinegar or mayonnaise based products. I am constantly making pasta and sauce for these nights- marinara, vodka, alfredo, etc. Any ideas to satisfy both my friend and DH? (Thank goodness DS and I are the furthest from picky!)

How about home made pizzas. You can do part with lots of veggies and part plain or meat.

I agree on the homemade pizzas.
Tacos/burritos are great too. Both pizzas and tacos/burritos can be a kind of 'build your own' dinner.
Baked mac and cheese?
Breakfast for dinner - eggs and pancakes?
Vegetarian chili over rice? (bean-based, not with soy products unless your picky DH is okay with that )

Can you do vegetable and meat fajitas- cook them in two separate pans and he can eat just the meat and she can eat just the veggies?

on the pizza topic, we make stuffed bread and I fill DH's with meat and put veggies in mine.
