I started Jan 2 and as of today I have lost 3.4 pounds.
I'm really happy with myself and I've had a few bad days but I say it every morning nothing tastes as good as thin feels  and I am on my way to thinness 
I have to remember that saying!

Since Dec. 26 I have lost 4.6 pounds I weigh again on Monday, but I don't think this week will be as good. But I feel much better now that I am eating healthier!

I went back on Monday and so I had 6 days before my 1st weigh in and TOTALLY was off plan most of the week becuase my Jury Duty started and I didn't bring food with me -- so I ended up eating out.
I did end up losing 1.2 but I wish it was more, because I usually lose at least 3-4 lbs the first week. Hopefully I'll do better this week, the new points are totally freaking me out because I'm allowed a LOT more points then before.

I haven't been to a meeting in a month b/c of holidays and then bad weather we've had out here but I've been weighing at home and I've maintained through the holidays.
Down 23 pounds total.
I'm going to my meeting this week. I'd like to get my 25lb magnet before the end of the month.

1st week - lost 4.5

I have NO idea how this happened - I didn't lose all week and was upset and then in the past two-three days I've dropped weight - 10 lbs in two weeks! Now, if I can just keep this up!!

I restarted (but on my own ) January 3rd. I know its silly but I dont want to weigh in until I am back to what I was when I left. I started with Core for a jump start and mindset. Now that I am "on track" I am doing points.
I am also going to the gym 3x a week and loving it.
Down 7.5 pounds so far. Two more to go and I will "officially" join again. I know its stupid but I dont want to see that number on paper anywhere.

to date: down 4.4 pounds
I was having a bad food week in the beginning. if it wasnt nailed down I was eating it  But I got back on track, exercised a little more and was down 1 pound when I weighed in
