ets: I feel guilty that I didn't go last night. I ate like a pig for the past week & I was nervous. But I checked my scale and I didn't gain.

Weigh in was today. I've lost 3.6lbs. I'm down a total of 14.8lbs in 11 weeks. I've already made my 10% goal. Ideally, I'd like to lose 9-10 more lbs.
It's a relief that I'll never have to weigh that much again. What's even more important to me is that DH & the rest of my family has started to eat healthier.

I weighed in today and am down 1.2. (total 46.2)I am a little fustrated since I stayed the same last week cause I was bloated. BUt hey a loss is a loss

Girls- Im so scared to WI tomorrow morning...
I was good all week- but we just went to dinner for a friends b-day and I was so bad (good all day- only had eaten like 9 points all day before going to eat!) I hope this dosent effect my loss
Ehh and this weekend- Im doomed... My SIL's shower is on Sat. (which is a brunch) and on Sunday we are taking my IL's to Cooperidge Inn for their anniversary Im in big trouble!
