Gained 3.5 this week - that time of month and I couldn't stop eating - just didn't think it would be this bad - still down 7.5 for the month, but very disappointed

I went back last week and my first weigh in was yesterday and I lost 1.6. I have 5 more lbs to get back to free. I stopped going in about November.

Stayed the same this week but I'm not surprised. I didn't go crazy or anything but I didn't make as good choices as I had been in the past few weeks.
I am down a pants size and I can see a difference in my midsection, so I feel pretty good!

this week, down .7, down 5.6 from Jan 1.
ETA: Grand total--down 19lbs!

I did so well for a while. I have been lifetime since august but then it started to creep back (I wasn't counting anymore but still going to meetings) Then last week I gained 4 pounds!!!! (5 1/2 gained back total) I had to pay and that sucked. So now I am back to counting. Hopefully I can lose it quickly. The leader wants me to ride 5 pounds below goal I used to try to stay 1-2 pounds below. 5 pounds below sounds crazy to me. THat would mean I would need to lose 8 pounds more.... And I was very happy at the weight I was at. I really felt awesome there. I think more weight would mean another size and would be too difficult to maintain. Should I go down or just stay where I am comfortabe???

Weighed in this morning and lost a pound last week (not so bad) - total is 8.5lbs.
I know I really need to get to the gym if I want to see better results.

Weighed myself this morning...considering I ate out Thursday, Friday, AND Saturday I didn't do badly. I just maintained my weight, and maintained the 5 lbs I've lost these past 3 weeks.
But I'm so happy about not gaining that I am bringing my lunch to work today, even though we are having a pizza lunch

Last week I stayed the same EXACTLY.
This lost 2.6lbs
Total lost since 1/6/07 - 11.8 lbs.
Total since started WW Jan. 2006 37lbs.
I had a couple of months that I wasn't really trying that was my set back but no more set backs for me.

Everyone is doing really well!!! I have been doing WW on my own since August and recently started using WW online (which I love) and I have lost a total of 36 lbs.
