newcomer!! looking for families, friends....
I just came across this website, and I am really excited about becoming a member. I am looking forward to meeting some families on here like ours... My husband and I are both 27, and our baby girl was born last summer (6/22/06)... I am not from the area, (an upstater at heart- go Syracuse!), and we have pretty much alienated ourselves from our friends because none of them are even thinking marriage, let alone kids! They are all still pretty much single and living that life, not that there is anything wrong with that  , so it is hard for us to hang with them when we have our little girl. SOOOO- I am looking forward to maybe other people in my boat- looking for new friends that have things in common, like kids! Even though we only have one right now, we are totally looking forward to number 2, and will be TTC this fall (if I can hold out, boy do I have the itch already! I just looooove being a mom!). Anyway, I definitely hope to get responses, and look forward to meeting people and hopefully making new friendships...
