Nicole Richie: Yes, She’s Pregnant!
After several weeks of Nicole Richie hiding her stomach from photographers, the is-she-or-isn’t-she-rumors can be put to rest: Us has confirmed via multiple sources that Richie is more than 12 weeks pregnant with her and boyfriend Joel Madden’s first child.
“She is extremely excited right now,” a source close to the star tells Us.
Richie, 25, shared the good news with her mom Brenda, and close friends like Mischa Barton, in early May, adds the Richie pal, after a pregnancy test came up positive.
And the pregnancy isn’t the only cause for celebration.
A source says Madden, 28, along with a few friends and his twin brother Benji, recently went shopping for an engagement ring.
And the twins’ older brother Josh Madden tells Us, “Nicole is awesome. I would love for them to get married!”
Both families are thrilled about the couple’s baby joy: “Everyone’s happy, everyone’s good, everyone’s getting along” a source tells Us.
But Nicole can’t hide her bump forever. The Simple Life star is due in court on July 11 to answer DUI charges stemming from her December 2006 arrest. If found guilty, she faces 90 days to one year in jail because of a previous DUI conviction in 2003.

If it's on US weekly, I dunno, but I think she must be...they are not the Enquirer, but I won't 100% believe it until I see it in People.

 I had to do IVF and the skinny crackhead ****** gets pregnant like if nothing....so not fair.

I hear you. But also... can she physically carry a baby? Her body weight is so low... how can that be good for the baby?

Ah as an old fart with IF issues, I offer these thoughts:
She's young, she has more eggs. Granted they may be scrambled, but she's got more.
Regardless of my own issues, I still wish the child well. No child asks to be conceived or born.

She is so trashy. Exactly- no child asks to be born. That's why I feel bad for the poor child being brought into that drugging/boozing/drunk driving/six months dating parents situation. it really s*cks.

I'm amazed that she's able to support life inside her. I really hope for the baby's sake (and for her own too) that she's able to stay healthy.

not to be mean, but i dont get why TTC'ers are always upset when someone gets pregnant. i can see why there would be jealousy, but the things some people say blow me away.
