Non cooked Thanksgiving dishes
I'm having some issues with my stove and in the process of getting a new one... long story. But I want to bring something to my parents' house for Thanksgiving.
Any ideas that I can make homemade but don't involve cooking/baking?

Non cooked Thanksgiving dishes
appetizer or main dish? Apps are probably easier - cheese & meat platter, spinach dip with bread, shrimp cocktail, veggie platter, etc. The only thing i can really think of for a main course is some type of salad. Do you have a slowcooker? You could make a soup or something else in that.

Non cooked Thanksgiving dishes
A great and easy app is just a bar of cream cheese with a jar of pepper jelly over the top. Serve with water crackers.
