NON-POD coffee pot - what brand of coffee do you rec?
if you use a regular coffee maker, what BRAND of coffee do you buy? i am cheap and stock up on stuff when on sale, and currently have a bunch of crock full o nut and not sure if it's cutting it.
what brand do you buy?

My sister has this one, and before this she had the older model for years
There is no glass pitcher, you just put your cup underneath and it dispenses it.
I have to say, every time i go there i look forward to their coffee, it makes a great cup

I just got a cuisinart like this, except it makes a pot of coffee, which i rather. but, what kind of coffee does she use? does she buy starbucks or dunkin donuts brand? or regular ole maxwell house?

I just realized you want a BRAND of COFFEE not the pot! LOL sorry-
I am a starbucks girl. I love their coffee. We do not drink coffee every morning at home, so I get a bag and grind it and it last me. At work we drink Maxwell house and I don't mind it.

We have this too and LOVE IT! It's so convenient for us.........we just fill our cup and run out the door. LOL
I buy the big bag of Dunkin' Donuts at BJ's. Any other coffee just doesnt taste as good. Choc Full O' Nuts would probably come next in line but I rarely buy it.

My espresso machine likes the Dunkin Donuts beans because they are not very oily and won't clog up my grinder.
If you want Dunkin Donuts, don't buy them at the supermarket. Go to any Dunkin Donuts store and get 4 bags for $20. Best deal for DD coffee (whole bean or ground).

My sister uses maxwell house, and so do i
But i use it in my Keurig, and its just honestly not as good as it is in my sisters coffee machine

We are 8 o'clock coffee fans here. I shop at Waldbaums and every few weeks they have buy 1 get 1 free and I stock up. Also Dunkin Donuts

I really like "New England" brand coffee that I get at Stop & Shop.
ETA: I think it's really smooth and is at least $1 less than the other brands.

We are finishing up a cansister of either Kirkland or BJs brand, but it was recommended and not so bad. Usually we have Maxwell House but when our MH can is done we'll be strictly DD.

DD seems to be the popular choice. my favorite to buy is simple 7-11, but don't know what they use...
i never once had a cup of starbucks coffee. i even like mickey ds coffee. so, i don't have extravagant taste.
I am going to buy the DD next and see how i like it.

When I was in LI, I used chock full of nuts also. I noticed that coffee tasted best with Farmingdale water.
Best Yet sells a coffee in white bags and you need to grind them there. I think the flavor was NY roast and that was soo good.

We use DD but have started buying the Eight O'Clock brand too after having it at a friend's house. It's cheap but really good.
Oh, and one tip: we definitely notice a difference in the taste of the coffee when we fill the tank with Brita water, as opposed to tap water.

I buy DD beans, and grind them myself. Soooo good.
You can buy bags of DD at BJs too, although I'm not sure if it's cheaper to buy the bags 4 for $20.

Chock full of nuts is good, I like the full bodied roasts.
I usually buy the fair trade, organic beans from trader joes but usually have a can or two of chock full of nuts around the house for backup.
