I had 4 pulled at once...it didnt hurt after because of the good drugs they gave me to take home

I had all four pulled out at once and was put to sleep while they did it. I woke up and was woozy and bleeding, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I imagined it would be! My mouth was sore for a couple of days, and two days later was the worst day of them all. I was eating again within about four days...don't worry...it's A LOT worse than you think it will be! Good luck!

Yes... I had all 4 pulled, the day before Thanksgiving, during my senior year of college. 
After the surgery, I was a little loopy from the drugs... bring DH or a friend with you; you will NOT be able to drive yourself home. The doc perscribed Naproxen (which is basically Aleeve) for a week or so afterwards, but it didn't really hurt. My swelling was minimal. No bruises. Eating solid food or anything very hot was rough for a week or so - stock up on mashed potatoes and yogart!

I only had 1 pulled the Monday after Thanksgiving. I thought he would pull 2 bc I know they like to pull them in pairs. But Only the top was in I guess. But honestly it was like getting a regular tooth pulled if you have ever had that before. I actually went back to work after it was done. So good luck and I wouldnt worry about it you will be fine

oh ladies.. thank you SO much for all the replies! and your experiences!
i am such a big baby with the dentist.. its so bad 
well i am ready and prepared.. luckily DH is still on vaca.. so he is taking me in the AM and picking me up.. i already got my perscriptions filled.. Vicodin will be my new best friend for a couple days
i will be sure to update you on my status..

I had this done in July-had two pulled. It really wasn't that bad at all.
