Normal or sensory issue?

My 3.5 old dd is uncomfortable in her underwear and socks. She never wears her socks in the house and now is refusing o wear them w her shoes. She hates the bumps and it seems as if it is killing her yhe eay she reacts. I bought a pair of stride rite seamless socks and it didnt do the trick.

Now she hates her undies. She has a plump Jlo booty amd ive tried different brands, sizes, etc. Again, sheprefers to go commando, which is ok at home at night etc.

So in my quest for comfy undies and socks, i came across an SPD site where she does meet a few criteria for the tactile category. Hates having hair combed, etc.

Soooo, now I am overthinking and wondering do all 3 and 4 year olds complain about that stuff? Is she just super sensitive? Or is there an issue? To be honest, she is "regular" in every other way but these 3 issues. But it makes getting out of the huse on a daily basis very exhausting.
