Not sure if this is a silly question but

Hi new to TTC boards! DH and I aren't going to TTC for a few months but I have an appt with my gyno for a pap on Monday and I was going to ask about what we need to do to prepare for TTC (getting a prescrption for prenatals ?)

Should I call back and tell the nurse I want to talk about ttc as well? My gyno visit usually last only a few minutes, I change go into her office she says everything is fine and i'm out of her office within a 2-3 minutes.

Not sure how this works and if I'm going to need extra time with her?

I made an appointment with my doc and didn't mention that I wanted to talk about ttc'ing. When the nurse came in - i told her - in addition to my yearly thing. When the doc came in - she had a questionairre thingy and asked me all about my family history....

It took maybe an extra 15 minutes...it wasn't a huge deal.

You don't necessarily 'need' a script for vitamins though - if it works out cheaper for you - you can do over the counter....

I personally take Target brand and they work just as fine!
