I read this w/both my hands over my mouth crying.. God bless those doctors and everyone involved.. You are able to live a normal healthy life and raise 3 beautiful children.. I know right now you dont see it like this , you are probably in shock.. But I promise you you are going to look at this as a blessing beyond measure... I pray that this comes to you very very soon..

Thank GOD you are ALIVE to enjoy your boys! Just think how truly BLESSED you are!! Right now you might be feeling robbed of being able to enjoy your newborns BUT you are ALIVE and now have a lifetime to share with them!! You are VERY lucky!!
And congrats on your boys

Thank GOD you are ok and I can't even begin to imagine the pain you are feeling. To go through birth of twins and then to almost die from a hemorrage is almost too incredible to be understood. I am amazed that you can even write about it or reach out for support at this point. You are one strong lady and admire you for all you have survived.
All I can say it give yourself time to grieve. You have suffered a major loss at a time when you should be enjoying your new babies. Ask your hospital if they have support groups for women who have undergone a hysterctomy- I know that my hospital does since my SIL went there after hers.
Hang in there dear woman- you will get through this.

Sorry to intrude on the pregnancy board but I just wanted to say that I am sorry you had to go through that. Congratulations on your babies though.
I am sure these feeling of loss will last for a while and be compounded by not only post-partum feelings but also the hormonal changes that often accompany a hysterectomy. I also anticipate you will have residual feelings of shock and fear after all that you have gone through. Don't feel ashamed to ask for help and counseling.
