Royal caribbean has a five night cruises from Florida. Other cruise lines may have them too. If you are able to get decent airfare, that's an option.

Mexico!
You can prob do Excellence Playa Mujeres if you get a basic room for that!! Because the airfare is pretty good too!
God that place is great 
And it's AI so when you get there you literally don't have to spend anything.
