I usually give my girl $20 and $5 to the shampoo girl. Not sure I know what you mean by 3 people working on you

I usually give 20% to my guy, $5 to the washer, unless she helps him with color, blowdry, etc.. I give her $10.

I usually give $15 for the haircut, $20 for color, and then $5 to the shampoo assistant.

I do about 18% or so.
My place doesn't have shampoo people- the hairdressers washes my hair, rinses out the color, etc

I do around 15% to the main stylist, then 10% to secondaries, and 5% to the shampoo person.
When my hair was long I always had 3 people, one to shampoo, one to blow to dry, one to style. My hair was thick and took forever to dry, so they pre-dry it then dry/heat to style.
