Nutritionist
Have any of you been to one before? I have a appointment with one on Monday. I'm excited but very nervous! What should I expect?

I only had a consultation w/ someone from my gym...
If you have any special dietary needs, let them know. Also, if you can keep a food journal for a couple of days before you go that might be helpful too because he/she can see how you eat and what you eat and see patterns. They can also use that to help you modify your diet. Bring any questions you may have and def talk about your goals for seeing a nutritionist... whether it be weight loss, health, etc...

I'm going to a nutritionist today. The first appointment we talked about why I was there, family history etc. He then scheduled blood work to be done and based on the blood work, it put together a plan. Today will be my first time back after following the plan for a month.
