nyc employees- ghi question
I may totally be making this up, but I think I remember hearing that when you are pregnant you only pay a copay once to your pb/gyn throughout the entire pregnancy??? I couldn't find anything online but there's a lot of navigating between ghi and emblem health and the city websites so anything is possible. Has anyone else heard of this? Thanks!

That is how it was handled for me. I only paid the co-pay for my 1st and maybe 2nd visit. Then no copays.

NYC teacher with GHI and we only pay the dr copay once, but I do pay 15 copays for sonos and blood work. If I just go in to see the dr (no bloodwork, no sono), I don't pay.

What about breast pumps? I heard they don't cover them. Am I right?
