NYC teachers GHI coverage and IVF please advise
DH and I just discussed with our doc about our next step, IVF being one of the options. We were informed that GHI only covers 75% IVF after 6 IUIs and on top we have 6,500 out of pocket expenses.
Those of you who have gone through with IVF, please share your costs and coverage under GHI. Something doesnt seem right or maybe Im just too hopeful about what's covered.

We have GHI emblem, and they require 12 IUI's,we are moving on to IVF and paying out of pocket Good luck to you.

For some reason, we were able to move to ivf right away after three cycles of clomid. I do think however we fell under the old rules. Didn't it change recently?
