nyc teaching fellows
Is anyone a part of the NYC Teaching Fellows program? If yes, what were your experiences? I am starting this June and am excited/nervous.

I am (was) a teaching fellow.
It's not easy...but don't let people stress you out. Do what you can do and know that you cannot possibly do EVERYTHING; especially your first year.
Also don't let your other classmates scare you with horror stories.
Keep a postive outlook and you will suceed!

My DH is a Fellow this year and LOVES it!!! my good friend was a fellow about 6 years ago and she is now an adminsitrator.
It's a decent program, but it can be tough mainly beause you get the toughest kids in the toughest schools.
