I would call the civilian complaint number. Couldn't also hurt just to leave a note for them to be aware that they are being a-holes for constantly parking in front of the hydrant.
I left a note on the girlfriends car last night. This morning the note was gone but car was still there! My guess is that the PO who lives there (remember the gf is new and stays over a lot but my neighbor is the PO and also parks there) took the note when she left for work. Shit i am paranoid she will know its me! What if she checks for fingerprints!?!
I can tell you with a billion percent certainty no one is going to dust for fingerprints. That only happens for felony cases always and certain misdemeanors. Leaving a note on someone’s car for something that they are in violation of doing is not wrong. Happens a lot. I see it all the time in the city with pissed off neighbors. The owner or driver of that car cannot Get evidence collection unit to dust her vehicle. Don’t stress this situation. Your best bet is once again a formal complaint thru ccrb or iab.
Ok TY did that too. I will leave it alone now

What did your note say anyway? Did you type it?
When the selfish bi^*h leaves, how about putting two orange cones in the spot?
I truly hope this assh@le gets hers. Makes me quite angry that in their mind; it’s OK!!!

Handwritten. I covered the points: god forbid there is a fire, your neighbors are aware and notice your sense of entitlement, dont abuse permit privilege, look for parking like everyone else here does
Oh and now she is parked at a hydrant down the block!
