OMG how horrible! I was in an accident last February (some guy literally drove right into my drivers side door when pulling away from a light).....and it took about an hour & a half.....but at least it was in the middle of the day, like 3PM......not late at night and in the rain no less!! good for you for writing a letter, that's just unacceptable! and btw, I was waiting for you to say that the woman left the scene! at least ms. crazy stuck around so now you don't have to foot the bill. hope you're feeling better!
