It's taking a lot longer to do this now that the sets are larger. Last night I did them all at once, letting the break be a set of the other exercises. It still took me 45 minutes to complete it. (Otherwise, it takes me 1-1/2 hours. But I'm also watching TV while I do it.)
Liza (and anyone else still doing this), how have you been managing the sets? It takes me a while - I do the pushups first - do a set, watch some TV, come back, do the next set, etc - and then I move onto the next exercise - sit ups, do one set, take the break, then move on to squats...

Exhaustion Test
Sit-ups: 150 Squats: 200! Push-ups: 31
Even though I've made it to 200 with the squats, I'm going to continue on schedule for Level 3. Instead, I'm going to actually go to the max for the last set.

Good job Thia - I fell waaay behind this week - so I might repeat week 4, do the exhaustion test again, and then go on to week 5 - I have been working late every night and have had no time for this

Re: Official 100 pushup/200 sit up/200 squat (JUST ADDED!!!) thread
I slacked so I am repeating week 4 again - after not doing it last week, the push ups were KILLER - I attempted push ups at week 4 at rank 2, and had to go back to rank 1....
Push ups:
Wk4/Day 1 Rank 1
Set 1: 18 (rank 2) Set2: 22 (rank 2) Set 3: 11 (back to rank 1) Set 4: 10 Set 5: Max - minimum 16 - I did 16
Sit Ups Wk4/ Day 1 Rank 2
Set 1: 27 Set2: 33 Set 3: 24 Set 4: 24 Set 5: Max - minimum 38 - I did 40
Squats wk 4/Day 1 Rank 3
Set 1: 29 Set2: 34 Set 3: 29 Set 4: 29 Set 5: Max - minimum 43 - I did 44

Re: Official 100 pushup/200 sit up/200 squat (JUST ADDED!!!) thread
I finished week 5 tonight. (I didn't have a chance to come and log my work outs last week.) I was at level 3 for sit ups and squats and at level 1 for push ups.
The push ups are getting easier for me, but they're still my weak point. I don't think that I'll be ready to do 100 of them after week 6. But I'm also so much stronger than I was when I started this, so I'm very happy about that. (I could barely do 5 modified push ups when I took the initial test, so completing the 8 sets at the end of level 1, week 5, and doing 30 in the last set is a huge accomplishment for me.)
Up next, I have to take another exhaustion test and then it's on to week 6.
