Hi ladies! Welcome to all the new people. WW is definitely the way to go. It works if you actually stick to it- which I remembered this week. I actually stuck to my points and I lost 1.4!  I wrote everything down in my tracker and I think that helped alot. Now I am going to do the same thing again this week!
Congrats to all those who lost the last few weeks! You guys are doing great!

First week weighing in and I'm down 3.2!!! I'm so excited and very motivated for this week. I did core and it wasn't that hard. I like it better then flex, so far. I hate all the measuring and points tracking. Now I just eat what I want and only write down the points I use from my weekly allowance!
This week my goals are to go out and walk 3x and to drink my water!

I love core too but have been following flex because I have had so many parties/events this summer - I can't wait to go back to core!!

so I joined today for the 3 rd time hopefully 3rd times a charm... you will be hearing from me a lot because i totally forgot all the foods.( 4 years ago i reached my goal of 120) lets just say i have to get rid of 50lbs now..ugh!!!

Hi everyone!
Week Two and I am down 4 lbs...I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scale this morning! 13 lbs to go to my 10% goal and then 12lbs more after that!
Steph - I would love to go to one of the meetings with you one day but I joined the WW Online...not sure if I could...
