I haven't been as good as usual and my appetite is HUGE lately. I did core one week and have been hungry ever since.
this week is back to basics. I can't let my habits slip, which I feel like they may be doing. And, to top it off, I lost 2 pts because a. I had a birthday and b. I went into the lower 'decade'. Those two points really make a difference and I've been digging into my exercise points, which I never used to do.
2 pts?!?!?!?!  I hear you girl, that must've been hard. I get so upset just losing 1. I guess that is just something you will get used to 
Great idea of going back to basics! Steph I admire you so much...you are such a hardcore member of this board. I wouldn't be surprised if you lost the 2.2 and then some with ease this week.

Down .4 so I lost 7 lbs in total but since then I've been awful! One day I'm really good and the next day I eat everything. I hate when I do this to myself!
I'm sorry you are having hard time Just hang in there...when you want to give up the most is when it's most important to push through it.
Congrats on the 7 lbs!!

I haven't posted here in so long! Congrats to everyone doing so well on the program!
I just finished my 12th week and I'm down 16 pounds! I feel really good because I was beginning to get so discouraged I thought I'd never lose the weight. I finally see my goal weight at the end of the tunnel (although somewhat far off at this point).

That will definitely come off. I've finally come to accept the "up" weeks - not that I like it, lol, but I accept it more mow. In the beginning I was really hard on myself but I realized that wasn't productive.

OK. I confess. I was BAD this week and I gained
Im up a half a pound.
I KNOW I will get it right off.
As of Wed. I start babysitting and will be chasing 2 kids around.
The double stroller is ALL set to go on walks and Im wondering when I'll have time to eat at all...I hope they NAP together 
Im not happy, but, not too sad either. I know I can lose that plus some!

So I was away for a 5 days. I don't think I did too badly but I definitely wasn't on program! Let's hope this weekend isn't too terrible
I do have to say though that I am proud that I went running every single morning. The old me would've never done that
