Congratulations to everyone this week!!! And special congrats to Azoodie for reaching goal!! That is fantastic!!!
I was down 1 this week, which actually surprised me since I had gone to a party and truly enjoyed the food! I'm hoping I can at least do the same this week because I'm away this weekend and sticking to the program has been hard. But I'll be positive.

I got weighed in on Friday and was down 1.6 for a total of 4 pounds in 2 weeks. (according my scale at home, it was 5.3 but I'll take what I can get  )
I went overboard on dinner Saturday. I went out with friends and we ordered all appetizers and shared them. I am trying to work it off. I will be drinking lots of water and doing more exercising this week. Hopefully, I can lose that and a little more before Friday.

Congrats on 1 pound!!! That is great!!!! You can do anything you put your mind to...just be more conscious of what you're eating and the choices you are making. Good luck!

ITA Do you think it's a gain of muscle mass since you've been running so much? Did you check your measurements? You WILL hit goal....I wish I could be there to see it

OMGosh there's so many new ladies here. Congrats to everyone for great losses this week!!! You ladies are ALL off to a wonderful start!!!
Kim keep it up girl you're doing fantastic.
Gail....slow and steady wins the race. Keep on keeping on!!

I had another good week as well. I've been trying to work out at least 4 times a week. Jillian is kicking my butt! My husband says he notices a difference, but I can't yet, so it makes it hard.
I had another loss if 1.5, for a total of -7.2 pounds overall.

JUST GOT BACK!!! Down 3.8 for week 2 making it a total of -7 And the thing is I totally didn't deny myself this week... I went to a concert and ate chicken fingers  I just made sure to get back on track the next day!!

Yesterday I went through all my clothes and I gave away everything and I mean everything in larger size clothes. All my pants, sweater, tops, suits and even shoes that were too big on me. I have to say it is really scary since there is definitely no turning back now.  But I am so happy that all my stuff is going to a wonderful person who will make great use of it.
