I switched to online, I can't make the meetings and will weigh in in front of DH so that should make me accountable Loss this week 1.6, total since 1/12 is 4.6.

I seriously love core! This my first week and I don't think I'm every going back to flex. I hit a big milestone today - I am down over 50 lbs

Congratulations Azad!! I am sooo happy for you!! That is a huge milestone!!
I did great this week. I am down 2.6 for a total of 41.4
I also did CORE and did not love it as much as Azad. It was very hard for me and I realized I hate restriction so I am glad I tried it and learned that. I like being on flex and being able to eat whatever I want but in moderation. But I can't deny it helped me have a fab weigh in.
This week I am going to do flex but focus eating more core foods so I don't feel so restricted in what I can eat.

Yeaaa Azad!!!!!!!! Way to go, what an accomplishment, you must feel great!
I'm starting WW today, although I generally follow the point system but don't do the meetings, etc. I MAY join online, we'll see how it goes by next week.
I have about 25 lbs to lose (after giving birth last July to DD) by May/June (when we TTC again).

I've been the same weight for 3 weigh-ins in a row. Total loss: 4 lbs
I missed the gym all last week due to working late. I'm definitely going the rest of this week!

I weighed in this morning- I totally expected to either stay the same or have a gain because I over-indulged rooting on the Giants on Sunday!
To my suprise- I was down 1lb!
Total weight loss -36.5lbs.

Sure. I get 20 pts a day
breakfast: 2 pts. Either Kashi heart to heart cereal or ww english muffin with jam
lunch: 5 pts. Sandwich with lean coldcuts, 100 cal snack pack, fruit
dinner: varied. I try to use 10 pts. Usually chicken (3 pts), couscous (4 pts), salad, and sometimes bread or soup.
dessert: 2-3 pts. Low fat ice cream and a ww. 1 pt cake, or sometimes I piece of chocolate which is 2 pts according to the package.
I do snack sometimes, and I've been having cocktails lately. Could it be the cocktails that are messing me up? The orange pomogranite martini mix says 50 cal for 3 oz, and I only use 1 oz with soem vodka, but could the sugar be throwing me off? It's not every night but some nights.

I don't know...all three weeks you've been keeping to your 20 pts and 35 flex points?? Your menu looks okay to me. Maybe you can try upping your protein and lessening the snack food? Do you exercise?

I've really been trying to keep with the 20 a day and 35 flex. I may have gone over on superbowl sunday, but not by too much. I didn't exercise at all last week though, because I was working late each day. I'm starting back up today.
ETA: maybe I'm not drinking enough water?
