Down 2.6, bringing my total to 20 even
I still don't feel any thinner, but at least the scale is going in the right direction. I'm convinced I've lost it all in my boobs since the only thing that is looser these days are my bras

I'm so excited that I hit my first goal of 5%! I'm down a total of 12.8! I have a really long road to go but I'm feeling good! Now, I just need to find time to exercise!!

Wow, everyone is doing so great!!
WI Saturday, down another 2lbs. Grand total is 32lbs. I want to hit my 50lb mark by my 30th birthday at the end of June. I can see it!!!

I joined last night. I need some extra help taking off my pregnancy weight. I got used to eating/snacking all day. Some are healthy choices, others not so much. I gained 52lbs preggo and I'm down about 21-22 with 30 more to go- Idealy 35lbs.

everyone is doing so well. I fell off the wagon for about 3 weeks now. I still am going to the meetings, but I just havent been able to stick to the plan. It really stinks, because it was working for me. The only problem was that I kept losing one week and the next week I would gain. It was really starting to annoy me. Now I am seeing that I am gaining weight back that I want to remove for good. Starting next week I am back on plan 100%. I really got to do this. I have been on the plan for 1 year and I was down 26 pounds.

For me hitting the 5% was very motivating. I remember my first meeting when they wrote down my 5% and 10% number and I thought yeah right, I'll never make those. I have a lot to lose (about 80-90 pounds in total). I just hit 45 pounds and I still think back to the day I lost 5%. It gave me encouragement and made me realize I can do this. Don't think of the big numbers, take it 5% at a time. That's what I'm doing and now I am close to 20%.
Congrats to you and keep up the good work. My motto is one pound at a time. I didn't put it all on in one day or even one year! So I shouldn't expect it all to come off in one day or a year.

Hey everyone! I need some helping losing these last 20 lbs of baby weight that is STUCK on me! I weigh in next Wednesday and actually look forward to it. I've been bulking up alot of my meals with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and spinach.
I love my snacks and I've been having those 94% fat free mini bags of popcorn (2 pts) and the WW Latte Bars (1 pt). I'm not a HUGE fan of yogurt, but I just had a Fiber One Peach yogurt (gotta get that dairy in) and it's zero points!
And hey, a tall mocha frappachino (my one big, fat, weakess) is 4 pts....not too shabby for a treat here and there!!!

i am joining in and hopefully sticking. reached lifetime in 2007, but have since gained it back. started earlier this week back on it for the third time trying to get back to lifetime. hopefully if i post on here i will stick with it.
