lost 2.4 lbs this week for a total of 22 lbs!
I really need to get back on track I have been slacking a lot the past few months. I stopped tracking everything and I stopped running because its too cold out.....because of that I have been gaining & losing every other week..... I need to start REALLY tracking again and exercising on a regular basis.
I still have another 50 lbs to lose and I am hoping to lose at least 30lbs before summer gets here!!!

Down .4 this week. I'm not to bummed about it though considering I was in New Orleans for 3 days this week and there weren't to many healthy options..

yesterday, down 3.8. I was super excited. Finally hit my 5%!!!
so total down 17.2. Next mini-goal, to loose 20lbs. Still a LOT to go, but the mini-goals help keep me on track.

I am down 13 lbs total now! I am in a good routine now.
I also love the new WW Slow Cooker book. I have made the Spicy Barbequed Brisket and Chicken, Sausage and White Bean Stew so far and they are great!

I am still on maintenance but the last 2 weeks I lost 2.6 lbs and I am now trying to put that back on. For the first time in my life I am actually trying to gain like 3 lbs. I think all my running and training for the 1/2 marathon made me shed the lbs.
Congats to everyone though you are all doing amazing!

I was +1.8lbs at WI on Saturday. I did a horrible job at tracking so definitely trying to stay on track this week.

Week 4 on maintenance. Lost 2.2 after gaining 2.6 last week really not sure why, anyway I am exactly at goal weight so I have a little cushion this week. 2 more weeks until lifetime!

Down 5.6 this week for a total of 9.6. I'm kind of confused, happy but confused because that is a lot for one week and I didn't do a whole lot different.
My husband was out of town and it was my first week back to work so maybe work plus taking care of 2 DC did it?
None the less I'm just not expecting a big number next week.

I'm really excited to have found this thread! I joined WW online two weeks ago and am doing the nursing plan. I'm loving the extra points
I've dropped 4 pounds so far and am below my pre-preggo weight from baby #1! I still have the baby belly to get rid of though 
Tonight's meal...slow cooker Middle Eastern Lamb Stew (WW recipe). I hope it tastes good!
