Today made my 50%-60% goal. I have been on WW since Oct, but took about 6 weeks off and then messed up a tad around the holiday.
But another 10 for me and I will hit goal (I will be thrilled with another 10 lbs off but ideally would prefer another 15-20 for a cushion). But at 10 more lbs, my lifetime member status will kick in again and I wont have to pay anymore!

Thanks to those of you who made suggestions and asked questions after my post. I think something kicked into gear this week. I drank more water and seemed to have helped dramatically. I think I lost about 3lbs. I did go to the doc for a checkup--haven't had full bloodwork done in a couple of years, so got a script for that. He's going to check my thyroid, glucose, etc.
For the first time in a long time, I didn't let the disappointment of the 3 weeks of little loss lead me to give up. I'm still plugging away!

I'm up 1.8 over 2 weeks. I made some bad choices. But I've been back on track since Monday and I plan on staying on track!!

lost 7.8 lbs. that's not the norm for me. was sick in the beginning of the week. then wed night i had to calll 911 for my husband. thank god he's ok. he just got home from the hospital today

I'm bummed..up 2.4 due to TBAF, a sick DD at the beginning of the week and my dumb FIL taking us to Morton's for dinner last night...here's to a better week!

Aw, don't worry. Your scale said that b/c you ate a heavy meal last night but I bet you really did not gain 2.4. KWIM?

I just joined weight watchers. I have done it in the past, but gained everything back. To get to goal, I need to lose 29lbs.
My first week I lost 2.6lbs. I cannot wait to see what I lost this week when I weigh in on Wednesday

i get all worked up getting weighed in! i think i do so bad ! weighed in and down 1.2 ! total weight loss 17 in 1 MONTH!!!
