I'd like to join this thread! I just started WW again last week. Very upset as I am now at my highest weight. Years of crash dieting and losing wight fast have really done a number on my metaolism. I have sowrn of quick , fast weight loss crash diets and am sticking with WW.
1st week down 3.2....
I was a bit disappiunted as I thougt it would be more but it's a start, I have about 35 pounds to lose! Onto weeks 2......

as much as I'm looking forward to disney next week I'm  dreading having the meal plan! i even tried convincing dh to take it away!
healthy choices and lots of walking are my plan!!!!!

So I took the plunge and rejoined weight watchers last week. Stepping on that scale was scary but also a reality check as it made me realize that my eating has gotten out of control.
I did the old plan a few years ago and lost some weight but stopped after a few months.
This time i'm not stopping.
Sooo after carefully weighing, measuring food and counting points religiously this week...i'm happy to report that I had a first week weight loss of 7.2lbs!!!!

totally agree with this. I know mine is mostly water weight but a loss is a loss and it's nice to see the number go down regardless how much

Week 2- Down 3 pounds for a total of 6.2 in two weeks.....I am thrilled!!!!
A long way to go but I already feel so much better and feel incredibly driven to accomplish this!!!

grrrr.......week 3- up .4.... bit upset about it really. I had a pretty good week but due to some health issues no working out....REALLY thougt I was going to see at least pound loss.....trying to stay motivated but struggling after doing so well last week and gaining :(

If anyone has a smart phone there is a great App called "Restaurants and Nutrition". It gives you the points for so many restaurants!

Do you use the "Free" one? Looks like they give you the carbs, fiber, fat, and protein.
Is this the one?
