OFFICIAL AI THREAD
So I was hoping to not be addicted to AI since it is getting soooo bad but I just can't help it! I guess I might be the only one since I don't see too many American Idol posts but oh well...
So who do you love/hate?
I think the following people should go home...Antonella, Haley, Jared, and Sunjaya...

I agree with you on who should go home. Antonella sux and Sanjaya, although he's so sweet, he's just so awkward on stage. I don't like AJ either.
I LOOOOOVE Chris and Blake!!!!
Out of the girls, I think LaKisha and Melinda are naturally talented. I also like Leslie - she doesn't have the best voice but she's adorable.

I am so bad with names - but for the girls I love Lakeisha and ?Melinda?
For the boys, as cute as Sanjaya is, I think he's gonna go.
I love the bald headed guy who just had the baby. I also love Chris.

I wanted to slap Antonella last night!! With her eye rolling and her stupid, inaccurate Jennifer Hudson comments. I hate her. 
I think Alaina is done and that other girl who cried when they panned her - I forget her name - if she survives this week she shouldn't bother unpacking her suitcase because she'll be on a plane home next week.
I can only remember 3 of the guys. Well 4, but I remember Sunjaya (sp?) because I want him to go home too. He doesn't seem to have a thick enough skin for show business, which is sweet, but it's not going to help him in the long run.

Antonella...I only hope she gets voted off, but I think her looks and popularity with being the worst will save her unfortunately for a few weeks.

Especially Antonella, because compared to the other girls she stinks!

Melinda Doolittle is awesome to me! I really hope she wins. (But I wish she'd stop hunching her shoulders all the time. That's why it seems like she has no neck!) And I totally love Chris Sligh. Dude may not be the usual eye candy, but he can sing his azz off and he is likeable and sure of himself.
Sanjaya is not ready - I don't think he ever will be. Nice voice and maybe do some background work, but front-person? Naah. I am still trying to figure out why people think Antonella is so goregous  She's attractive, but I find nothing drop-dead about her. And her singing is just "ok".
I think the judges totally dropped the ball this season. They picked some real duds.

Antonella should not have made it through to the top 24. She has been consistently bad since hollywood week.
I was not thrilled with the first girl's performance of Heart...especially when Carrie Underwood did it & totally blew it up. Very dangerous to be compared so early in the game.
Lakeisha sounded great, but she really does need to work on her look. Her hair was off & that shirt...oy
Doolittle sounded great but her posture is odd. It makes her look like she has no neck.
As for the guys....I like the bald guy & the guy with all the hair that looks like Jack Osbourne

Rumour is it was intentional so that they did not have too many "good" contenders & end up with another winner like Taylor Hicks (who was allegedly allowed to buy out his contract with AI already, although I have not found anything to confirm that).

This drives my DH insane for some reason!
I heart Blake!!!!! Chris Sligh is awesome too. Chris Richardson used to sckeeve me out a little but he's def growing on me. He was amazing last night...

My favorite girls are Lakisha and Sabrina. I really like Sabrina's voice.

What a joke! I cannot believe the people who went home tonight!!! We get to suffer through another week of Antonella...who is voting for this girl??? Or...who is voting????I admit, sometimes I try to vote  but usually whoever I want I cannot get through to their line. Ugh, poor AJ standing there with Sunjaya, that must have been crushing...
Oh, what's with all the tears? Especially from Sundance???? I have never seem such an emotional bunch at this stage of the game...
