Ali congrats on the arrival of your little guy, Hopefully I will follow your lead soon. I am 2 cm dilated and the lining in my cervix is thinning. I am starting to feel very different and cramping.

So my last day of work is this saturday. At 39 wks my OB thinks its a good idea that I finally slow down, and being on my feet for 8-9 hours without getting any breaks is too much on me. I do agree.

Kim thats great news you are cleared of Preeclampsia . Mathwife hang in there its almost over

I am so ready to have this baby. . I go tomorrow for my 38 week appointment hoping that I am a dilated at least a little. Last week I was still completely closed. Work is becoming impossible. I am taking a week of vacation next week and hopefully she comes before that week is up or I will have to go back to work

I'm still pregnant!! I Don't know how I am lasting here. I thought twins I'd def go early but nothing is going on my cervix is closed and thick still.

The babies fluid levels have gotten better but my blood pressure is out of control, I have been in the hospital 3 times in the last week for monitoring, the drs all believe I am headed for pre eclamsia but I'm not there yet so its not critical to induce labor yet.

I have 21 Days left to my scheduled c section I'm so hoping I go before.

My legs are so swollen I can barely walk I also feel like my tummy is going to explode that it can't possibly stretch anymore and mind you I haven't even gained that much weight considering I'm having two.

Last weekend was my baby shower which was great these little ones are so spoiled already

Oh Kerri! I am so sorry. I could not imagine being at the hospital 3 times in one week. I was there once and wanted to scream.

Congrats Ali on your little . boys are fun.. Glad to hear that everyone is healthy, annoyed and tired, but healthy.. I am 36 weeks today and go wednesday to see my again. Had some really bad aching and pressure last week so went to dr and had my first internal, strep b test, monitoring etc. already. Fully closed but baby's head is right on the bone and every time he kicks up he is pushing down further. Hope thats a good sign that I hopefully won't be late again. Turns out I must have just over did it that day with ds#1. Feeling good now but still can't do much walking and lifting anymore. I'm actually looking forward to the sleep deperation because that will mean baby is here and all I have to do is heel and then I can play with my little boys once again. Here's to easy labor vibes as good as Ali had, so envious btw, and sleepless nights of staring at our little ones sleep (among other things).

This is BS I have been cleaning the $hit out of my house hoping this kid will want to come out. NOPE stubborn like her sister. Lets see how the doctors go tomorrow afternoon.

38 weeks tomorrow

scheduled for a c-section on 2/7 (1 week from tmo!)
Ive gained about 12lbs and my GBS came back positive this time around. Lame, was negative with my first. Not a huge deal bc of the c-section.


was 1cm dilated at 36 weeks, no change since then. I go for my LAST appt on Wed! This pregnancy has definitely been tougher than my first. Been dealing with sciatica on and off, DD who is 28 months has been pretty sick but is fiiinnnnaally getting over it! Ive had a bad cold/cough for 2+ weeks.

Im still working, friday 2/3 is my last day but I took today off to finish up the nursery! I'll try to post some pics when it's done

We havent had an US since 22 weeks but my guess is that this will be about 7.5-8lbs. It still hasnt hit me that we'll have a newborn in a week. It wasnt real with DD until I heard her cry and I'm assuming it'll be the same this time around.


Hope everyone is feeling well and that these next few weeks go fast!!!

LOL omg same here...we're all about to go insane it seems!

today consisted of cleaning, running errands, moving furniture, setting up more stuff in the nursery since the furniture came, bending, lifting, etc...you would think LO would want to drop out of me by now, right???

Had my 38w appt today. Still fingertip dilated but more effacement, now 70%. And the baby is lower. He said "see you next week if I don't see you in the hospital sooner!" Words of encouragement!!

But if I'm still pregnant, we're going to come up with a plan at my next appt.

Forgot to add I had my 39 wk appt yesterday and still 2 cm dilated. I am due on thursday, if not shakes by then I go in on monday for a bio-physical and meet with the doctors to discuss possibly inducing again.

Tomorrow I am going for my 39w appointment. But today I am going to get my hair done!

I also have chili in the crock pot for dinner tonight and freezing the rest for meals for when the baby gets here.

I also have frozen already:
Baked Potato Soup
Chicken Corn Chowder
2 pans of eggplant parm
A Meatloaf
A TON of homemade sauce

I am hoping to make some chicken too to freeze.

Anyone else have frozen (prepped) meals?

I just wanted to say GOOD LUCK ladies!!!! It's your month!!!!

Try not to stress about anything. Don't worry about labor & delivery. You'll all do great. Just let your bodies do what it needs to do to deliver a healthy baby.

Pretty soon you get to hold your little one!!!!!

YEA!!!! IT IS FEBRUARY!


I woke up with an AWFUL cold. Stuffy nose, sore throat, headache and lots of phlegm.

I have an OB appointment at 1:45p and it can't come soon enough. I want to know if I can take anything.

I never thought I would carry to term but at this point looks like I will

I know its so much better for baby just harder for mommy

I'm so done at this point lol the drs visits every 2 days its getting to me

Let's all hope our babies start wanting to come out and make quick deliveries for us all

36 week appt yesterday.. aaannnnddd...................


ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! aaahhhhh!

I'm praying so bad that this doesn't turn into another c section. I know it won't be that bad if that is the case but I have my heart set on a VBAC right now. Dr. said baby is 7 pounds already so we have another watermelon. T was 8lbs 13 oz. Time to bump up the spicy food, the walking, and of course my DH's favorite At least someone will be happy. Going to have to make a deal with him that if he is going to be nice and relaxed from all the he'll be getting then he better start helping me out more getting this house ready.
