Oh And Before I Go to Bed - Vent About "Valet" Parking At Good Sam

I'm writing a letter tomorrow to Good Sam. I'm so annoyed! Beyond annoyed!

Ex DH takes my car home to pick up his mother and Emma to bring up to the hopsital. He gets valet parking at around 4:30. So Emma, MIL and I go to leave around 7:30pm and go out front where the car was left and look for the valet guy. Not there. Ask the desk, they say you have to go to security ALLLL the way in the back of the hospital. Okay so we trek over there. On the way security guard tells me I can't take the stroller. Um, okay, so let me just go put it in my car that I don't have access to at the moment. Too bad, I stroll on by. Get to security ask the guy for the keys. Ask him where car is parked and at that point I'm thinking in the back. He tells me in the front all the way out by Montauk. I said you have got to be kidding me. How is that valet parking?!?! He looks at me like I'M the idiot for even thinking there is something wrong with this picture!!!! So then he says valet closes at 5:30. Um don't you think they should TELL people that!!! And he still looked at me like *I* was crazy!

So I leave DD and MIL inside go out to the parking lot to attempt to find my car. Sure enoughs it's close to Montauk, chained in and has a cement pole thing in front of it and a car behind mine. ***!!!! So I rip the plastic chain off and had to partially run over the cement thing. I was FUMING!!!

I went inside to get a number to complain to and the girls at the desk said that everyone complains about their valet parking. YA THINK?!

I love the way the girls that work there say, yeah everyone complain about our valet parking, but yet they do nothing about it, I would of went crazy on everyone!!

Hubby had to valet the morning I went into labor because he couldn't find a parking spot and I was ready to push .

On principle alone, I hate their valet parking! It takes away spots for people to park, plus it makes the traffic circle 100x more congested than it was already!
