Crib to bed transition - question
Ok - Ava needs a bed......I'm set and ready to go BUT..........
Do I get a twin or a full? Her headboard to her crib will only fit a full, her room can definitely handle the full but for a starter should I go with the twin and upgrade later on???????

Re: Crib to bed transition - question
I wouldn't decide based on the headboard. You'll get a free frame for whatever mattress set you buy.
I think you should do now whatever you would plan for her to have in three years. Mattresses last 10 years generally, so I don't see why you'd upgrade in a year or two.
I'm going to a twin to leave her as much room to play as possible. She can get a full when she moves out!

Re: Crib to bed transition - question
You have the room, go for the full!! I wish we had room for Andrew's room, but we don't. We have his twin bed already (he's still in a toddler bed), but we're waiting on that.
