OK - since we are talking about LIF running club
If I organized a Sunday running GTG - would you come?
Also - at Cold Spring Harbor train station, there are crazy steps - I am thinking of going up and down them for a workout - would anyone be interested in joining me?
Right now - either Saturdays or Sundays would be the only day I'm available - preferably Sundays....
Let me know if you are interested.
I also have been thinking of organizing some fun fitness GTG's - like indoor rock climbing - obviously that will cost money, but if we can vary up our workouts together I think it would be a fun way to stay motivated, get to know each other, and sample different types of fun workouts!

Yes!! I would definatly be interested, esp. in a running g2g! I always run by myself because I have no friends that run (well my dad runs but he averges a 7 minute mile- too fast for me, unless I'm running less than 2 miles lol)

I would love to meet up for a run! 
I wont do the steps do bc of my knee, but let me know when youre going to Sunken Meadow. Sundays will work as long as its early.

OK - I know this sunday is out because we are celebrating my bday Saturday night 
We are away the following weekend... I need to check whats going on the 19th....

I would attend, Cold Spring is close to me and Sundays are good for me too. I am pretty slow but thats ok, it will force me to pick up the pace. Keep us posted.

I would but I live all the way on the South Shore so Cold Spring Harbor is a hike for me.
