Ok, I can't find a search-- how do I transition from formula to milk?
The search feature never works for me, I swear I tried
DD is almost 13 months but still on formula b/c she's a horrible eater. But the time has come to switch to whole milk.
How do I do it? Do I do 1/2 formula, 1/2 milk in each bottle?
Also, I can pretty much assume that she's not allergic b/c she eats whole-milk yogurt fine, right?

yes, assume no allergy (hello, cheese, yogurt, etc etc)
do 4/3 formula, 1/4 milk for a few days...
then 1/2 and and 1/2
then 1/4 form, 3/4 milk
then all milk...

Honestly, I didn't transition. 11.5 months he got a sippy cup of milk and we never looked back.
BUT my DS hated formula.

I transitioned a few bottles until I ran out of formula then he was on all milk. I don't remember if I did 1/2 of each but it was probably close to that.

I did like the PP, I started w/ 3/4 bm to 1/4 milk, then 1/2 1/2 & then 3/4 milk to 1/4 bm & then all milk. The process took about 4 days & she did fine.
Good luck!
We also did it in a sippy (except at night)

That's exactly what we did. We did it over a 3 week period. No rush! As of yesterday, DS is completely on whole milk.

Re: Ok, I can't find a search-- how do I transition from formula to milk?
Our ped said at 11 1/2 months to start giving one bottle a day of milk for three days, then two bottles a day for three days, etc. until totally on milk.
