Since I haven't seen the dr yet, I am really trying to get my nutrients in as best I can.

Some ideas would be great. I used to eat honey turkey on wheat toast like everyday for lunch so I need to start getting creative.
thanks

Re: okay, so what are you ladies eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

at work during the week im pretty routine.

breakfast: usually a toasted bagel with butter or buttered roll, with fruits from the cafeteria.

snacks..sometimes carrots with dip, fruits, and the other day i tried oatmeal and didnt hurl from it..so im adding that in too.

lunch..salad, sometimes a subway sandwich, once in a while i'll grab a slice of pizza. i used to eat soups alot but lately they're not sitting well in my belly.

dinners...those are hard b/c my reflux is the worst at dinner and nite time. so i stick to very bland basic things for now.

M-F breakfast is usually natural PB, organic strawberry fruit spread on double fiber whole wheat. Maybe a banana or apple shortly after. A big glass of OJ before I leave the house.

I bring a cup of Kashi Heart to Heart cereal to work to munch on throughout the day.

A few days a week, I also bring FF yogurt and blueberries (to eat in between breakfast & lunch).

On Mon & Wed when I am in NYC, I have a chicken burrito bowl wi/guacamole from Chipolte one day and a spinach salad & split pea soup from Hale & Hearty the other day.

My LI days, I either get soup & salad from Panera, or a chicken cutlet w/lettuce in a WW wrap from the cafeteria. My splurge will be the lunch special which is a chicken rondelet (Chat Icon ) on roll w/American cheese & lettuce and french fries!

Re: okay, so what are you ladies eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

breakfast (8:30am): yogurt and apple slices

lunch (12ish): whatever I feel like for the day. could be a salad, a sandwich, a burrito, whatever. depends on how sick i was that morning!

snack (around 3 or 4): usually a piece of fruit, raw veggies, some pretzels, or a wheat puff thing.

dinner: sometimes nothing, sometimes cereal, sometimes real food...it really depends on the day. I tend to get pretty sick if I eat at night. Chat Icon

Dinner is a mess ... I'm not always hungry when i get home and end up eating soemthing quick - a slice of pizza from teh freezer, a grilled cheese ... but I see that changing a bit as the weather gets nicer and DH starts grilling every night!

I have been really bad...nothing sounds appetizing to me.

It seems like all I want is bagels or cheese. Chat Icon

Suggestions might work to make me eat a little better.

M - F at work
Breakfast - dry, healthy cereal with high fiber

snacks - banana, apple, oatmeal, grapes, yogurt (I don't take any lunch... just small meals throughout the day)

dinner - whatever I'm in the mood for... wholewheat pasta, veggies, chicken, sandwiches, etc

Weekends are somewhat the same, but can change

Tons of water throughout the day with lemon

Same routine every day... and it's getting old!!

B-Kashi High Fiber Cereal with Banana and Skim Milk OR Stovetop Oatmeal with Banana and Dark Chocolate Shavings. Probiotic Pills, OJ or Water.

L- PB & J, Veggies w/ some sort of dip (hummus, Blue Cheese Dressing), Apple, 3- Omega Oils/Fatty Acid Capsules (natural DHA) and Prenatal Vitamin

S- Organic Granola Bar

D- Meat, Starch and Veggie. I try to vary it between Steak, Ground Turkey, Chicken Breast, Vegetarian Meat Substitute. Starches are typically whole wheat and flax seed pasta, brown rice, white potatoes or yams. Veggies are broccoli, mixed, salads, asparagus, carrots, green beans.

I eat out for 1-2 meals per week.
