OLAS jobs help?
I am finally taking the plunge and applying for a position on OLAS jobs.
i haven't been on the website in years.
If I have my resume uploaded, the district can access it? When I am applying for a job, I only have the option to upload my cover letter directly to them, but nothing else.
If I do the cover letter to them, and just have the resume uploaded on my account, that is enough for them to check out?
I am always worried that applying this way really means nothing.... I feel there is no way I will be seen beyond just another "applicant" in this process.

I haven't been on that website in a while, but from what I remember you can customize each cover letter and then each district has access to whatever resume you upload to your personal account.
