Growing up it was around 7 each night. Now we do the same. By the time we get home and cook, we eat around 7 or 7:30.

I also grew up eating later b/c we waited for my dad. But I can't stand eating dinner that late now. We eat at around 6:30.

Dinner was always at 6pm when I was growing up.

Now we usually eat between 6 and 7pm.

We eat around 5:30 - 6PM. I dont like eating later than 6PM.

I don't step in the door until 7 the earliest so we usually eat between 7:30-8.

Growing up, we ate around 6:30 on weekdays, 9-10 pm on weekends (don't ask!)

Now, DH and I start dinner at 5:00 and we eat whenever it's ready, usually 5:30-6:30 depending on how complex the dinner is.

I dont remember what time I ate growing up. Now I generally eat about 7-7.30 since I get home from work around 6 - it takes some time to get settled in from work and something ready to eat.

j/k but it does seem extremely early.

I have kids and we use to eat around 5pm but since my oldest now goes to school full time, I switched dinner to 6ish most nights.

When it was just DH & I we ate around 7-7:30

If we goto the gym after work then it's around 7:00, if not we eat when DH gets home around 5:30.

Typically 6:30 or 7:00

Growing up we always ate at 5:30 also, both my parents were teachers so they got up earlier and got home earlier...DH and I both get home around 5:45 so usually dinner is a bit later...

Between 4 and 5?!

That's a lil early during the week... Most nights we don't get home until 6pm.

On average, we have it around 7pm.

I would, in a perfect world, like 6pm or 6:30 but with work it's hard.

Growing up, we ate supper around 5:30 on the weekdays. My mother was a SAHM. On weekends we had dinner between 3-5pm.

NOW - I work until 6pm most nights. We sup around 7-7:30. On weekends our dinner is usually at 5pm.

Weekdays- around 5:30.

Weekends- around 4ish.

My DS goes to bed at 7- so that has alot to do with our dinner time.

ETA- I try to not eat after 8pm.

I don't even leave the office before 6pm, so I couldn't imagine eating dinner between 4 and 5 pm.

On weekdays, we never eat before 8pm, mainly because we don't get home from work much before then. I'd say we eat between 8 and 9pm most nights, sometimes later. On nights DH has class and I ride, we don't eat together and neither one of us eats before 9:30 or 10.

On weekdays we pretty much eat around 7 or so... sometimes earlier, sometimes later.

When I was a kid usually between 5:30-6:30, it depended on my Dad's schedule (Police).

Now, with DH's schedule (also POlice), he gets home around 7:30pm, so we eat by 8pm. If he is off from work, usually around 5:30-6pm.

DH works later so we usually eat when he gets home between 6:30-7. If I had a choice, I would want to eat earlier around 5:30. We do eat early on days that DH doesn't work.
