One-a-day Prenatal Vit
My obgyn recommended these vitamins and said to take them for approx 3 months before TTC. Has anyone taken them? Did they make you sick? There are 2 separate pills you have to take every day

I take them. The box contains a bottle of vitamins and a bottle of DHA supplements. I never got sick from them. Though I had been taking One Day Women's Health Vitamins and fish oils for about two years before I made the switch.
I did however get gas and a little constipated (sorry, TMI ) for the first 2 weeks—I think from the iron. But my body adjusted.

I took these as well recently, I ran out and switched to generic (cheaper). They didn't bother me at all, I just made sure i took them after I ate. Plus my hair and nails have never looked better!
