One month old feeding schedule?

How often does/did your one month old (formula fed ) take a bottle?

Asking for a friend since it’s been five years since I had a baby and can’t rememeber.

Background ; baby was strictly breast fed for first 10 days. Bottle fed formula since.

So, How often and approximately how many ounces did your one month take?

One month old feeding schedule?

Maybe 2-3oz every 2.5-3 hours. I breast and bottle fed. Breast fed then piggy backed with bottle feeding usually for both, but for my one child he was on a dense calorie formula that was started in NICU. He was 3lbs at birth so the doctor encouraged until he reached 6lbs which wasn’t until he was almost 2 months old

Every baby is different. DS ate a lot and often. DD was never interested in eating so I just fed her every 4 hours during the day.

She has to look for signs the baby is hungry and then offer a bottle. If the baby is finishing the entire bottle, she should offer another .5 ounce and see how much the baby wants.

I pretty much did it on demand.
No schedule.
DD didn't allow a schedule.

2.5oz every 2-3 hours. I mostly fed on demand, but that was both of my kids typical schedule at 1 month
