One year old bedtime/nap scedule?

DD is 13 months old and she doesn't go to sleep unil 9pm and is up at 6:30 am. I know a lot of moms whose children are in bed by 7:30 and sleep through til 8 am . How do you do it?

Does you DC take a long nap during the day? DD take a 2 hour nap around 11:00am.

I would like some time to unwind at night, but by the time DD is in bed , I'm in bed to. TIA

Aubrey is 11 1/2 months and she typically goes to sleep between 8:30-9pm and wakes up anywhere from 6:30-7:30 (very rarely sleeps til 8am).

I think she is just not a big sleeper (she doesn't take long naps..sometimes only naps total of 2 hours a day sometimes less).

I think every child is different so if they don't seem miserable or overally tired i wouldn't be too concerned.
