One year old's strange eating habits...

Ryan will eat breakfast and his lunch. But when it comes to dinner- he is very picky. For the past three days I made him his dinner(things I know he likes) but he refuses to eat. I reheat the leftovers from lunch-but he won' t eat it.
Please assure me that this is normal.

Sounds normal. Unfortunate and aggravating, but normal.

The things they like and don't like constantly change. DS finally started eating raviolis and mac and cheese, but he won't eat melted cheese or cereal anymore.

I would try different foods for dinner, either ones you haven't tried yet, or maybe switch the dinner food to lunch if that's possible. Could be DC is tired and not in the mood for certain foods by dinnertime.
