OPI Gel question
Can I freshen this up with a clear topcoat? Or will I do anything to it? TIA

Not sure, but I jest took mine off by myself because I couldn't stand the maintenance. Reminded me of when I used to get acrylic wraps! I'm doing my nails at home from this point forward.

is it dull? just take a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol and it should make it shiny again

Yes. That sounds like it will dull it more but I'll give it a shot
