I love it too. It's not as formal as many of them, but looks comfy.

It does look comfy too. I think it's a thin stretchy corduroy (my be too hot for mid Sept, but the other may not be warm enough)

They are both so cute! I love anything with anchors on it but I'm a total sucker for bow ties so I say the second one.
