Organic Skincare/Haircare Products
I know Stella McCartney has an organic, cruelty free skin care line.... but its $$$. I've looked around for other options, but haven't found much else out there.... anyone use organic skin/hair care products? or is perhaps also looking for one?
And if you use a line like that, do you like it? Pro's / Con's ??

Re: Organic Skincare/Haircare Products
I just bought Organic Physician formula make up. I did not try it yet though.

Re: Organic Skincare/Haircare Products
nope
I have been using Mario Basdecu's line of skincare products for over a year and I am VERY happy with how my skin looks.
I will not switch to another brand unless for some reason, it doesn't work for me anymore. The products are very high quality and quite reasonable IMO.

Re: Organic Skincare/Haircare Products
I work in the industry and IMO it is very hard to make a quality organic product (truly organic). There are also many products out there that claim to be organic but are really not - check for ecocert certification.

Re: Organic Skincare/Haircare Products
I've been trying them - they are very expensive.
I've used Kiss My Face, Burt's Bees, Origins and Jurlique.
Origins and Jurlique have been my favorites over all.
My favorite Burt's Bees product is the avocado pre-shampoo hair treatment.
Have you been on this website yet? It's all organic.
It's really tough to find something that is not only natural but can actually back up their claims and isn't $$$$. I hate when something calls itself organic and has parabens in the ingredient list.

Re: Organic Skincare/Haircare Products
DH only uses Aubrey for his shampoo/conditioner/shaving/etc needs.
I use Kiss my face for shaving and moisturizing.
I use Desert Essence face wash, Dr. Hauschka and want to start with Weleda, too.
Are all these lines organic? No, but they are a heck of a lot more natural than 99% of the stuff out there.

Re: Organic Skincare/Haircare Products
I have been using Oil of Olay face wash and moisturizer for 15 years and it is working. I still get mistaken for a teenager and get told I have a very young face. Thank you Oil of Olay, I am going to stick with you forever!

thanks! I will check these out - I've also been hunting for biodynamic products (I think that's what they are called) they are supposedly beyond organic and super green in regards to their ingredients. i saw it in this month's InStyle.
