Looks like we got the same thing. Any ideas on how to cook the rhubarb?
I know it looks like rhubarb- but I actually don't think it is rhubarb. My mom said that you can saute the leaf in olive oil and garlic and it is delish! She couldn't remember what its called- but I'm pretty sure its not rhubarb. I thought it was rhubarb at first too!

I think you might be right. They look a lot alike! Chard is really good also.

I know- I was frustrated with it not having a name! I called my mom and described it to her- and she knew exactly what I was talking about- but she couldn't remember the name of it. She even told me how to make it (see above post.)
So glad I found it- I doubt that chard jam would have been tasty!

We got ours today too, looks just like this! DS and I ate an apple and I put some of the spinach in my protein shake, yum!
I like the frittata idea
