OTC Progesterone Cream?
Anyone know if OTC Progesterone Cream is safe or effective? I definitely have an LP defect with my short cycles so I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it.

I don't know of any OTC progesterone that you could by, but if you think you have a LPD you should see your OB/GYN or an RE. You shouldn't be self-medicating.
