I didn't wirh my first and I'm almost 100% positive that I will not do it this time around. I'm so not comfortable with my body/chest as it is and couldn't imagine myself BFing.

I suffer from severe allergies (food & environmental), asthma & eczema & from what I've heard/read bf'ing should help to minimize the risk of our LO having the same problems or at least lessen the potential severity of them for him, so I'm determined to do everything that I can to make it work...

I am leaning more towards no...but Dh is asking me to really think about it. he knows that its my decision, but I think hes hoping I say yes. I think maybe I will try it and then if it's not for me then I will do formula.
I heard the hospitals really push to BF...is that true?

I delivered my 1st at St Charlies in Port Jeff and the nurses were not pushy at all. They asked me in Labor and Delivery what my plans were I said formula feeding and they never asked again.

I did not BF with DS although I considered it, I chickened out after 24 hrs in labor and 2 hrs pushing. This time I have a very strong desire to BF so as of now I'm saying yes. I will only be doing it for the first month to 3 mos though and I plan to pump a lot. I have a lot of time for this to change tho so who knows.

I want to at least try..but I think I will mostly pump and bottle it. I watched my cousin go through a very tough situation with BFing. Her DD would not let anyone else hold her for almost a year. She could not go anywhere with her. It was a nightmare and I'm scared of that.

I voted Unsure.
I'm going to try when I'm in the hospital. I've heard it takes a bit longer for your milk to come in when you've had a c-section, and holding the baby is more uncomfortable too. So we'll see how it goes.
My DH fully supports whatever I decide to do. He's not pushing for it one way or the other.

really? i never heard that! i had DS on a Friday and my milk came in Tuesday which my OB said was normal. plus holding DS was not uncomfortable for me at all. the incision is so low, he never even got close - but the boppy pillow does help because your boobs are much higher than your waist and your arms would get tired holding the baby up 
to the OP: i BFed my son for 5 months (last 2 months i BFed at home and pumped at work) and i plan on BFing for at least that long this time, hopefully longer. i was a total slacker with pumping the first time around but now that i have my own office i plan on doing it much more!
